The EROVO Impact Fund,
A strategic collaboration between Einstein Rising and Ondernemers voor Ondernemers (OVO), offers a unique gateway to catalyze sustainable and inclusive economic growth in Uganda. For years, the Fund has exclusively powered high-potential social enterprises in the Green and Circular Economy (GCE), generating both profound impact and financial viability.
Until recently, the EROVO Impact Fund has operated selectively, accepting investments primarily from Ondernemers voor Ondernemers and our trusted network of angel investors, amounting to $1.9 million in deployed capital. This carefully managed growth has allowed us to build a robust pipeline of high-impact GCE businesses.
Your Investment Pathways
We understand investors have diverse objectives. EROVO Impact Fund offers two distinct arrangements tailored to your focus:
- Direct Impact Investment (For Impact-First Investors)
- Custodial Investment Arrangement (For Performance-Oriented Investors)
1. Direct Impact Investment (For Impact-First Investors)
Designed for individual angel investors and philanthropic organizations whose primary interest is maximizing social and environmental impact.
Funds are deployed as patient capital into GCE social enterprises that require longer horizons to achieve their significant community and environmental objectives.
All interest earned from these investments will be reinvested directly back into the Fund to support new projects and entrepreneurs, creating a continuous cycle of impact (less a proportionate share for administration fees).
Comprehensive impact reports will be provided to you every quarter, detailing the tangible economic, social, and environmental outcomes of your investment.
2. Custodial Investment Arrangement (For Performance-Oriented Investors)
Tailored for investors seeking a defined financial return while contributing to sustainable development. Your funds will be considered Funds Under Management (FUM).
We offer a guaranteed return of 10% to 12% annually on your invested capital, reflecting our confidence in the carefully vetted GCE portfolio.
The Fund will charge an annual 2% of the value of your Funds Under Management (FUM) and 20% of any profits earned from successful investments (above the guaranteed return), aligning our success with yours.
Regular communication on the performance of your investments will be provided.
